My experience with Ulthera is that is was a lot more painful than I expected and it felt like my jaw and cheekbones were bruised, but it did not show.  The soreness is more than half gone and it will all be worth it if I have good results.  I am seeing a little bit of difference, but not too much yet.  With the Zeltiq, I am seeing much more results than I expected right away, mostly on my stomach and waist.  I have not noticed a big difference on my legs yet. Localized Fat Removal/ Cellulite Treatment Skin Tightening in Bangkok & Phuket, Thailand 

Lipodissolve or Lipolysis therapy is used for the removal of small to moderate amounts of fat, cellulite treatment and skin tightening. This treatment is particularly suitable for the removal of small, stubborn fat deposits. The active substand used in the injections is a natural compound derived from soya bean (Phosphatidychloline)

• • When injected directly into fat deposits, Lipodissolve helps breakdown and emulsify the fat deposits.
  • It uses the body own natural methods of excreting fat to permanently reduce fat deposits.
